When you submit a message through our contact form, you grant Curb Canopy a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that content to improve the service (e.g., adding a program you suggested or correcting data you flagged).

We will not publish your personal information (name, email) without your explicit consent.

The Curb Canopy name, logo, design, and original content are our intellectual property. The underlying tree program data is sourced from publicly available information and belongs to the respective organizations.

You may link to, share, or reference Curb Canopy content with attribution. You may not scrape, clone, or redistribute our content as your own.

• Statistics are precise (urban forestry data involves estimates)
